Cryptocurrency exchange Binance launched Binance Academy, an educational portal, back in December of 2018. Since then, the platform has become a popular source of information for those seeking knowledge about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. The Binance Academy platform has now reached among the top three names under the category of ‘most popular services’ on Product Hunt.
Product Hunt is a startup backed by Y-combinator which allows its users to upvote or downvote platforms, apps or services which they find useful. This is quite a big achievement for Binance Academy as crypto-related names are yet to receive mainstream success on such platforms. Other than Binance Academy, names such as Robinhood and Earn.com have found a place in the Product Hunt rankings but neither of them has reached so high.
Talking about rankings, Binance itself tops the list when it comes to the largest cryptocurrency exchanges. The platform is currently the largest crypto-exchange with a 24-hour trading volume of over a billion dollars. It is the only platform as of this writing to be beyond the billion dollar mark. Second to Binance is Bit-Z with trades worth $853 Million and OKEx with trades worth $765 million over the 24-hour period.
What is Binance Academy?
