$invested_USD = USD invested in past date;
$historical_TRUST_price = Price of TRUST in past date;
$quantity_TRUST = Quantity of TRUST in past = $amount invested / $price_on_that_day;
$price_TRUST = Current price of TRUST;
$USD_today = ($price_TRUST * $quantity_TRUST) - $invested_USD;
$ROI = ($USD_today/$invested_USD)*100;
